3 Phase Mini auto switch

3-phase mini auto switch is an automatic switching device used in three-phase electrical systems to manage power flow, often between main power and backup (generator or inverter) sources. Follow the instructions below to connect and test your Mini Auto Switch with a 3-Phase DOL Starter.

Wiring Instructions

1. Connect R, Y, B phase wires to terminals as shown in the diagram.

2. Ensure N (Neutral) and V (supply voltage) connections are made.

3. Disconnect the jumper link on terminals 6-10 before installation.

4. Connect S1, S2 for control circuit of the DOL starter.

5. LED Indicators on the unit help identify status:

- DELAY: Startup delay active.

- Motor ON: Motor running.

- FAULTY SUPPLY: Phase missing.

- HEALTHY SUPPLY: All 3 phases OK.

First-Time Testing Procedure

1. Power ON the system with 3-phase 415V AC.

2. Switch to Manual mode, press ON. The motor should start and GREEN LED will glow.

3. Switch to Auto mode, simulate input (e.g., timer signal). Observe RED (DELAY) -> GREEN (Motor ON).

4. Test SPP mode by removing one phase. Motor should stop and RED FAULT LED will glow.

5. Reconnect phase and confirm system resumes operation after delay.
